We help our customers with the Onvos products to streamline media handling inside their web-operations with interactive players. We develop and train staff for our Full-Screen Live Event Streaming.
We have developed Media Websites which include Daily Live Streaming and which are equipped with multiple categorized video on demand sections integrated into the CMS of our client's choice. To montetize on CPM, we added an Ad-manger to the All In One Package. Banners, Tickertape and the Mediafiles can be controlled with the ONVOS Media Admin. Complementing Onvos' sophisticated reporting system, views can be tracked conveniently on Google Analytics.

The Back-End with the centralized administrative features.Upload the Media files, classify them with keywords and various other parameters, approve and publish the media files to the website, send group and playlist mailing-lists, review the generated traffic online with per file details, create additional users, manage accounts for your own clients, specify the e-mailed reports and a host of additional features not mentioned here for brevety.
The CDN with the global reachToo many bandwidth intensive video requests on a web server and delays on the internet can result in choppy videos and interrupted user experience. Using our Content Delivery Network, media files are distributed to all data centers after upload and served on request from the data center nearest to the requesting user's location, resulting in "High Availability" of the media files.
The Front-End players, special function web-widgets and Marketing.Onvos clients can use modular single, playlist and group viewers to display their media in any of their webpages. The Back-end linkbuilder tool helps to create the html code for the various available players. An "upload" widget for user supplied content aggregation, a "subscribe to mailing list" widget and a "search" widget are additional website-tools to integrate media strategies seamless into your websites. The ONVOS system players are completely customizable with user-supplied html templates and css style-sheets. The same customisation level applies to the Media Mailer which uses the player templates too.

The Onvos Player is the Heart of the system and reqires no resources from your web server. Onvos Players can be simple popups, they can be embeded with IFrames and they play in javascript Overlays. They allow the users to organize the display of the desired content in websites and via media mailers. Deployed in the client's website, they permit full integration with existing stylesheets and web designs.
The Single Media Player allows you to place select video links wherever you want within your website and launch a Pop-Up display.
The Library Player is the default display for playlists from your media library.
The Multi-Category Player will show the custom-created categories with all respective media files in it.

Automate growing media inventories with Groups
The Groups system is the perfect tool to have a section in your website with automatically updating content. As soon as you add a media file to a group, the group player will show the new file on it's left side menu listing.
This makes it possible to prepare a group viewer once for a website and then forget it.
Adding new media content is now just a matter of uploading and assigning the files in the back-end to their group(s).
The new Mega Group Tool is putting new heights on group management automatisation. You can set up an embedded Mega Group Player in your website and forget about further HTML work. Add existing Groups to you Mega Group and the added Groups show in your website with all associated files inside that group.

From that moment on you will see the hits on the individual video viewers in your Google Analytics Account.

Onvos ExplainedNext: Production and Key Account Manager
Onvos AccountsWe offer three Account types. Standard, Production and Key Account Manager (KAM).
A Standard Account has access to all Onvos features except the Approval System and the ability to create sub accounts and all related features.
The KAM and the Production Account have the ability to create Standard Accounts and resell the complete Onvos platform to prospective clients. The Production Account can optionally manage the media for them and offer them in general a helping hand.
Onvos Explained Production and Key Account ManagerYou could have additional income with the same business model we use.
The Concept of the Production and Key Account Manager was born from the wish to finance the website media costs with advertising and/or paying clients.
We will introduce and train company your staff in the use and management of Onvos and certify your Company to be a KAM. Each KAM is basically a reseller of Onvos technology with the privilege to create Onvos pricelists.
The billing of the created sub-accounts will be the sole responsibility of the referrering account creator which in turn will be billed for the whole traffic by ONVOS.
For interests going further in the reseller direction we have successfully developed the "White Label" Onvos, a platform that is maintained on a subdomain of onvos.com with it's own branded viewers and login screens.

We give you ONVOS™, a high-performance web-enabled, media content management system (CMS) that is connected to the third biggest content delivery network (CDN) that provides you with extreme bandwidth and high availability of all your uploaded media files.
Using ONVOS™ is an Investment with a very high ROI. Increase Sales by double digits.
On the low end we offer 10 GB traffic for $80 usd. We offer access to a high-tech CDN at that price. Most website owners are in this range. Costs are lowering progressively as traffic increases. 1 TB Bandwidth sells for $1,600 usd. (You most likely will have a hard time to get that traffic). We offer further dicounts on higher traffic volume.
YouTube is obviously cheaper, but we have locked out the competition, offer better quality videos, offer aditional image, sound and document handling, include post production media versioning and approval mechanisms, offer user supplied template viewers with media specific reserve and purchase links and offer a fully integrated media mass mailer.
We are really not selling Bandwidth, but charge for ONVOS™ via the Bandwidth use.

The use of the Onvos® services for the publication of media content is strictly conditioned to the agreement of (a) the Common Service Level Agreement (CSLA) and (b) this Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). You can NOT use the Onvos® Services and Products if you do not have a signed and valid CSLA and AUP.
Onvos® reserves the right to accept or reject any video or other content, and/or suspend your account with the sole discretion of Onvos® at any time, even though the content has been imported previously in the Onvos® system.
The Onvos® platform is a self-service. Onvos® does not review the contents on a regular basis to ensure they are in compliance with applicable laws or the terms that must comply. However, once it determines a violation of the terms of Copyright, to others, whether the content is harmful to Onvos® or contravenes applicable laws or regulations, Onvos® can refuse such content and/or suspend the account at any time without notice.
Using the Onvos® services, you agree not to upload video or other content to Onvos® that is or contains: (a) illegal content, (b) invasions of personal privacy, (c) pornography or obscenity, or content that generally considered to be mostly of nature "adult" (ie, content that if it was exhibited in a movie, was expected to receive an "X" rating) (d) promotions of hate or incitement of violence, or (e) violations of the reserved rights, trademark, patent or any other characteristic, or right of personal privacy, intellectual, or the ones that constitute defamation (f) content for which you do not not have permission and/or use of copyright.
Onvos® can accept any type of media and document content, with the following restrictions:
(a) You must have all necessary rights to content, including the rights reserved for the media. You are responsible for paying any licence, guild or other fees to third parties for the reproduction or publication of the contents;
(b) You can not use the Onvos® services to offer for sale or otherwise: (i) firearms, explosives or weapons, (ii) snuff products, (iii) articles containing child pornography, or which are otherwise pornographic in nature, (iv) controlled substances or pharmaceuticals; (v) articles that are counterfeit or stolen, (vi) articles that violate or infringe the rights of other parties, or (vii) Onvos® would violate any law or regulation;
(c) You can not use the Onvos® services to perform any of the following prohibited acts: (i) Any act that directly or indirectly cause to transmit spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or any other form of solicitation (ii) Any act which directly or indirectly cause the transmission of viruses, worms, trojan horses, trap doors or any other computer code, files or programs or requests for information designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any software or telecommunications equipment or diminish the quality of, interfere with the functioning of, or impair the functionality of the Onvos® service, or (iii) any act that interferes with or disrupts Onvos® services or servers or networks connected to the Onvos® services.
As described above, Onvos® reserves the right to suspend the delivery of content anytime, for any reason, with or without notice. Please be aware that one reason why Onvos® may suspend content is whether end users do not use their content by an extended period of time.
You may terminate the distribution of your content from the Onvos® System at any time by deleting the files. You expressly acknowledge and agree, however, that Onvos® may preserve certain content and may also disclose such content if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to: (a) comply with legal processes; (b) enforce the Terms and Conditions of this docxument (AUP) or the Common Service Level Agreement (CSLA) or any applicable amendments thereto; (c) respond to claims that any content violates the rights of third-parties; or (d) protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Onvos®, its users and the public.
You agree to indemnify fully and hold harmless Onvos® and Onvos's officers, directors, shareholders, employees, accountants, attorneys, agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, successors, and assigns (the "Onvos Indemnitees") from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, fees or the like brought by end users of your website/s, advertisers on your website/s, or other third parties arising out of or related to use of the Onvos® Service on or through your website/s, and/or for the distribution of the content on or through your website/s through the Onvos® Service, and/or for breach of any of these terms and conditions.
Under no circumstances shall Onvos® be liable to any Third Party or any other party for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages (even if that party has been advised of the possibility of such damages) arising from or related to the delivery (or non-delivery) of the Onvos® Service (including such damages incurred by third parties), such as, but not limited to, loss of revenue, or anticipated profits or lost business. Under no circumstances shall Onvos® be liable for damages to any Third Party for any dollar amount.
Any claim, action, complaint, dispute, litigation or the like brought against Onvos® or any Onvos Indemnitee by any Third Party or by any end user of any website owned or operated by any Third Party, including without limitation regarding these terms and conditions, their interpretation, performance or any breach thereof: (i) shall be construed in accordance with, governed by, and all questions with respect thereto shall be determined by, the laws of Great Britain applicable to contracts entered into and wholly to be performed within said state, (ii) shall be adjudicated solely in the state or federal courts located within Great Britain, and (iii) each Third Party and end user of any website owned or operated by any Third Party hereby waives any objection to the foregoing provisions of this Subsection (h).
Authorization & Consent to Receive E-Mail Notifications. By signing up to use the Onvos® Services, you consent to receive important e-mail notifications from Onvos® related to the Onvos® Services.
Onvos® may change these policies at any time without advance notice.
You are the sole owner of ALL uploaded content. That is true for the whole duration of the contract.
In case of conflicts between the provisions of this AUP and provisions of the CSLA, provisions of the Onvos® CSLA will be given priority.
